Michaela Sefler, is an inspirational poet, living in Montreal, Canada. She has two self-published compilations of poetry: Still True and A Fortress in My Heart and two published compilation, The Sun Is Hot, Through the Ages. She enjoys learning ancient mysticism and spirituality through reading and meditation, as well as exercise and staying fit. She has a BSC in psychology. THE SUN AND THE MOON

The sun and the moon

facets,

by which God's knowledge

filters the consciousness of man.

Straining

through

until the times

are reckoned with.

And even the falling

of mankind

will be sustained and protected

by a greater light.

So this earth

is blessed

with continuance

of existence.

The blessed

do keep

the sustenance

of the Lord.

BROODING

Brooding I am

at the darkness

before me.

I look upon the waters;

which remind me today

of the desolation

of my soul.

The dimming lights

of the rays of the moon

upon the waters

awaken me.

Now remembering

the two lights

which guide the days and nights

long is their duration.

Enduring is the influence

they reflect;

thus knowing I am

of survival of spirit.

THE ONES WHO ANSWER

The first and the second

who came forth;

glorified their work

shall be.

Their willingness

and actions;

timeliness

and aid, are essential

For their motives

remain

as one

they function.

As messengers

of peace and faith

they are

to this earth.

For the organization of

the earth;

and the forming out of desolation

is theirs to know.

VAST

Space dividing

the waters;

separating the vast

potential , into parts.

These areas

in-between the broken waters

are the heavens, and the lights, and the lands

Night and day

calling;

deciphering between them

is like myriads of stimuli.

Knowing differences

is naming

a calling

of an intent.

Vast is the

space;

in between

are the answers.

Good waters

and always a greater

light

guiding.

As God is Lord

reckoning , judging and concluding

is greater

then you.

BRINGING FORTH

Even the land

will bring forth;

herbs from their own seed

yielding according to it's kind.

And trees

from their own

yielding

fruits and seed.

Always supported

is creation

survival

and continuance of kinds.

And the guiding star, and it's influence.

is greater

then

demise.

ORDERS OF CREATION

And the orders of creations;

according

to their blessings,

and each one

is lifted and directed

even the birds of the heavens

coming forth in unison

lifting the hearts according to

order.

For the influence of the chosen;

sets rules;

as guides they remain

forming.
